Best Kremlin in Siberia.

Tobolsk’ is a bit out of the main route of Trans-Siberian railways but it certainly deserves a detour. Its Kremlin is wonderful, located on a hill overlooking the old part of the town and the river Irtysh. The town is also famous because it was the birthplace of Dmitri Mendeleev, the inventor of the periodic table of elements.
