Walking around the “Cauldron”.

It seems that the name Kazan comes from the Protho-Bulgar and then Tatar word “qazan” meaning cauldron. Nowadays there is actually a big building shaped as a cauldron used for marriages but I’m sure you will love the entire “cauldron”, meaning the whole town. By the way, with such name, not surprisingly food is great here. This album shows some of the best glimpse of the town outside the Kremlin and Bauman street, showed in previous albums.

I visited the capital of Tatarstan during my trip around the world. If you want to read some article, you can find here below some on this matter.
