A nice surprise in Bulgaria.
Search for Haskovo on Google and you will find a lot of pictures of the world tallest statue of Virgin Mary as certified by Guinness Book of Records but to me that is not the most interesting sight of the town. Haskovo is an happy place to visit and a perfect base for visit nearby villages of Aleksandrovo and Uzundjovo, but this is another story (and gallery).
